Malaysia Adventures: Chapter One

After what seems like forever, I am home! I had an amazing time travelling around Malaysia and Singapore but I am rather happy to be sat on my squishy settees in my living room at home.

I've decided to split up my photos across a few posts so that you aren't faced with a barrage of 'LOOK AT MY HOLIDAY PHOTOS!' They aren't amazing as my camera isn't brilliant but it does the job.

This post has an image from each of the temples that we visited whilst wandering around Malaysia and Singapore. I am really not a religious person but these places of worship are just so utterly beautiful, there is so much care and attention in every detail. The Chinese temples are jam packed full of red and gold, incense and candles, scriptures and memories.

The Hindu temples we visited, one situated in an enormous cave just outside of Kuala Lumpur and the other in the centre of Little India in Singapore, were in a league of their own. Beautiful, bright colours and huge shrines. Good old English chruches just don't measure up really! But on the plus side, they don't have monkeys running around trying to bite your face off...

It's so nice to be back and blogging properly! OOH also, if you have facebook, do you fancy voting for my picture on the Frock Me facebook competition? The prize is a trip to New York which I really wouldn't mind going on. Click here to do so... Thanks!
