Cecile Mancion draws beautiful pictures. That's pretty much all you need to know, plus that's pretty much all I can tell you because my French is not all that good...
She captures fashion pieces ranging from Topshop capes to Alexander McQueen dresses in drawings with an entirely feminine edge. A rather talented lady I think you'll agree.
